We reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary, accommodation, or mode of transport due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., flight delays, weather conditions, safety concerns). We will make every effort to inform you of such changes as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives of equal value.
By You:
Any changes requested by you after confirmation may be subject to additional fees or penalties, as determined by the service providers and Holiday Connex.
Included
In Your Package (as per itinerary): Accommodation, meals, transportation, sightseeing, and services specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
No refunds will be made for any unused portion of the tour, including early departures, missed meals, skipped sightseeing, or unused hotel nights.
Holiday Connex will make every effort to accommodate special requests (such as dietary needs, wheelchair assistance, or preferred room types) but cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
Service Providers:
Holiday Connex acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, and tour operators. Holiday Connex shall not liable for any actions, omissions, delays, or negligence on the part of these service providers.
Force Majeure:
Holiday Connex is not liable for any disruptions, cancellations, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, political unrest, or other force majeure events.
Travellers are expected to follow safety instructions and behave respectfully toward local cultures and service providers. Holiday Connex reserves the right to refuse service or terminate travel arrangements in case of misconduct, without refund.
Any complaints must be reported to Holiday Connex or its representatives immediately during the tour so that reasonable steps can be taken to resolve the issue.
If the issue remains unresolved, a written complaint must be submitted within 7 days of tour completion.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
